Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through Shopify programming using current industry shipping rates. 

Custom products are not eligible for returns as they are customized and uniquely made for you. If you are unsatisfied with your order please message us on the contact us page. Standard products are eligible for return 30 days from delivery. Customer to pay for return shipping and RedMerle Designs has rights to inspect product for damage. Small restocking fee may apply.
